This past week I had forced myself to eat a little. Yesterday, for the first time since I got sick, I was actually hungry. I'm coughing up phlegm more often.

This morning my temp was 97.6 right after I woke up. I'm starting to feel more back to normal, but not 100% by any means yet.

Yesterday afternoon, I started getting really tired. I slept the rest of the afternoon away. I stopped coughing up phlegm, and I'm starting to have some inconsistent nasal congestion. One minute I can barely breathe through my nose, and a little later I can breathe through my nose just fine.

I have some muscle aches again this morning. I woke up a couple times last night because I was so hot. I feel hotter this morning. My temp is 98.5 which is up from yesterday.

Well, 98.6 is the nominal normal. Cold medicine with a decongestant and antihistamine has been recommended, plus aspirin to prevent clotting.

You are a week in now and you should be improving. If you relapse, then that is the dangerous phase that only affects a few. At that point it is time to contact the critical care doctors. Look online. The word is that hospitals are bad places to be with covid.

Last night marked one week since I first had symptoms. Overall, every day I feel a little better than the day before. (with the exception of one day when I felt a lot better.) I brought in enough firewood this morning to last me another week or so.

My temp was 98.9 when I got up this morning. I find it interesting how much my body temp fluctuates from day to day, even though it is still considered in the normal range.

Well, last night I had a scratchy throat and a dry cough. Felt chilled. Took aspirin and ivermectin in addition to the various other things.
Today I am about the same but no chills.

My temp was 97.4 this morning. No congestion last night or this morning. I'm coughing up phlegm more often.

My temp was 98.0 this morning. I'm still coughing up phlegm, but for the most part, I'm pretty much back to normal.

Don't know if I had the covid or not but was feeling much better and diving today.

Yesterday morning was 99.1. This morning is 98.6.

I get feeling normal, then have a relapse. Ibuprofen seems to help.
