All my bees are gone and this is what I found in the hive

Can you tell me what it is?

I don't know...looks like some kind of grubs/worms? Never seen anything like that before now.

It would be helpful if you put your location in your profile, as much advice may vary depending on where you are located.

How long has it been since yoour previous inspection, and what did you observe at that time?

I live in Western Ohio

I inspected the hive 12 days ago and saw the queen and average activity. I was concerned at that time something might not be right due to number of bees but didn't see any major problem so I was going to just keep an eye on it. Then today - nothing. I have another hive right next to it and it is doing really well

So, perhaps the bees just swarmed and the grubs and such are from move ins after the swarm

I am a first year beekeeper so I have no idea what happened

These are not new combs so I assume you bought drawn brood combs or established hives?

This looks like a comb that has not been occupied lately and has old pollen that has fermented and molded and attracted wax mouth.

The more information you supply, the better we can assist. With little background info we are just guessing.
